A complex, multi-layered cocktail with hints of spicy, herbal, sweet and citrusy flavor, enjoy this mezcal and light rum blend as a pre-dinner drink.
- 1-1/2 ounce mezcal
- 3-4 drops bitters
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass; serve immediately.
