Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Combine flour, whole wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cranberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat milk, butter and egg. Blend into flour mixture.
  3. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
