The Nutty Monkey is a dessert cocktail made with muddled bananas, white chocolate liqueur, vodka, Castries and evaporated milk.

Place the banana and cinnamon syrup into a cocktail shaker and muddle well to combine.
Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker, except for the garnish and then fill with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the banana slices and cinnamon, and then serve immediately.
