- 6 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- Toss the first four ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss when ready to serve.
