A sweet and crunchy cranberry relish.
- 1 pound fresh cranberries, washed and drained
- 2-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the cranberries with the sugar and spread int a baking dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
- Mix the cranberries with the remaining ingredients and pour into a container and chill.
