- 2 cups drained canned pineapple chunks (20-ounce can)
- 1/4 cup sweetened cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup almond-favored syrup
- 3 cups ice
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
