Biscuit and sunflower nut breaded chicken dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup biscuit mix, mixed in 1 cup water
- 1 (3.75 ounce) package salted roasted sunflower nuts, chopped
- 3-4 pounds chicken pieces
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix together the bistuit mix, water and nuts. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter.
- Brown the chicken pieces in hot oil until golden. Arrange in a dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
