A delightfully cookie like white brownie.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) box light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Beat the sugar, eggs and biscuit mix until well blended. Fold in the pecans and spread in the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
