Slow cooked pork strips and cashews.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean pork strips
  • 1/2 cup cashews

Directions

  1. Mix together the soy sauce, oil, garlic and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Place the chops in the slow cooker and top with the sauce mixture. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 2 1/2-3 hours.
