Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds lean pork strips
- 1/2 cup cashews
Directions
- Mix together the soy sauce, oil, garlic and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Place the chops in the slow cooker and top with the sauce mixture. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 2 1/2-3 hours.
