Ingredients

  • 1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium apples, peeled, cored and grated
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cloves

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
