A classic Negroni cocktail gets a delicious new twist by substituting the Campari for Cynar; an Italian bitter apéritif liqueur made from 13 herbs and plants.

- 1-1/2 ounces aquavit
- 1 ounces sweet vermouth
- 1 ounces Cynar
- Orange zest twist to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the orange twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the orange zest twist and then serve immediately.
