Simple and homey, Noodles and Mushrooms will serve a hungry crowd.
- 1 pound wide noodles
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup butter
- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- While noodles cook, slice mushrooms and saute in hot butter until lightly brown--3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain noodles. Place in large bowl. Pour mushrooms and butter over them; toss lightly.
