No Roll Sugar Cookies are tender and sweet.

Ingredients

1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
extra sugar for sprinkling

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs then flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
