Chicken breasts with rice and vegetable casserole.
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can mixed vegetables
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup water
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together everything but the chicken in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Arrange the chicken on top.
- Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes.
