No-Knead Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup hot milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine everything together in a large bowl. Beat on medium for three minutes.
  3. Pour into loaf pan. Cover and allow to rise for 20 minutes in a warm, draft free area.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
