Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
