Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
