No Bake Fruit Crunch Dessert is flavored with blueberry.
- 3/4 pound butter cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- Butter a 9 by 13 inch baking pan and line with 3/4 of the crumbs. Cream the butter and add the sugar and eggs; beat well with an electric mixer. Spread this mixture over the crumbs. Add blueberry filling over previous mixture. Layer with the whipped cream and cover with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
