This bourbon-based cocktail, created by Jason Schiffer at 320 Main in California, is a flavorful and fragrant concoction made with Bulleit bourbon.

Place all of the ingredients, except for the orange and lemon peels, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Squeeze the orange and lemon peels over the drink to release their natural oils and then drop into the glass; serve immediately.
