Marinated bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer.
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 30 small shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 10 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- Mix together the garlic and chili sauce. Pour over the shrimp and marinate overnight.
- Fry the bacon until partially cooked, but still limp. Wrap around the shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Broil until the bacon is crisped.
