Chicken breasts slow cooked with tomato and green chiles.
- 6 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Festival Rot-tel tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
