A hearty, slow cooked mexican stew.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 pound Velveeta Mesican style cheese, cubed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Ranch style beans, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
