A hearty, slow cooked mexican stew.
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 pound Velveeta Mesican style cheese, cubed
- 1 (15 ounce) can Ranch style beans, undrained
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
