Corned beef dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds corned beef
- 1 head cabbage, cut into eighths
- 8 potatoes, peeled and halved
- 8 carrots, peeled and halved
Directions
- Add the meat to a saucepan and cover with cold water. Allow to simmer for 3 hours. After 2 hours, with 1 hour left to cook, add the potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Drain before serving.
