Nancy's Artichoke Dip is served hot with crackers.
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated with additional for sprinkling
- 1, 15 1/2 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped
- Combine mayonnaise and 1 cup Parmesan cheese in casserole. Fold in artichoke hearts. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
