Quick and easy nacho recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (10 ounce) bag baked tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spread the chips onto a baking sheet. Top with the olives and onion, then salsa, and finally sprinkle cheese on top. Broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.

Ummm, okay that's an okay recipe for very basic, no-frills nachos, I guess. But that AIN'T Nachos Supreme.
