Nacho Cheese Souffle has a spicy Mexican taste with the creamy, fluffy goodness of a French souffle.
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 6 eggs separated
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butter 2-quart souffle dish
- Place soup in saucepan and heat to boiling and then remove from heat
- In a large bowl beat egg whites and cream of tarter until stiff
- Whisk eggs into soup
- Fold egg whites into soup in small batches
- Gently pour mixture into buttered souffle dish
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
