Nacho Cheese Souffle has a spicy Mexican taste with the creamy, fluffy goodness of a French souffle.


  • 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Butter 2-quart souffle dish
  3. Place soup in saucepan and heat to boiling and then remove from heat
  4. In a large bowl beat egg whites and cream of tarter until stiff
  5. Whisk eggs into soup
  6. Fold egg whites into soup in small batches
  7. Gently pour mixture into buttered souffle dish
  8. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
