Mustard and soy sauce seasoned baked chuck roast.
- 2 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water
- 3 pounds dry chuck pot roast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Combine the mustard and water to create a paste. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Line a shallow baking dish with foil. Place the roast on top of the foil. Combine the soy sauce and mustard sauce, blend until smooth. Pour over the roast. Fold the foil up and over the roast and seal.
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours.
