Mustard and apricot preserve glazed pork chop dinner.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 (3/4 inch) pork chops
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Mix together the preserves and mustard in a saucepan. Heat until the preserves have melted, stirring constantly.
- Arrange the pork on a lightly greased broiler pan. Broil for 5 minutes. Brush with half of the glaze and turn. Broil for 5 more minutes. Brush the remaining glaze over and broil for 2 more minutes. Garnish with the onion.
