Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced mushroom, drained
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a skillet cook mushrooms in butter until lightly browned.
  2. Add to remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Yields 2 cups.
