Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced mushroom, drained
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a skillet cook mushrooms in butter until lightly browned.
- Add to remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Yields 2 cups.
