Jazz up plain fish with a rich Mushroom Sauce. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, cook and stir mushrooms and onions in butter over medium heat until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Blend in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, mustard and wine.
