So easy to make, Mushroom Baked Pork Chops served with a tossed green salad and mashed potatoes will become a family favorite.
- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup onion, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Place pork chops in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle thyme over chops; spread onion and mushroom over chops. Spread undiluted soup over chops. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.
