Quick and easy microwave eggs in a mug.
- 1/2 teaspoon margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons skim milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Place the margarine in the bottom of a mug. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds to melt.
- Break the eggs into the mug. Mix in the milk with a fork. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Stir with a fork to break apart the eggs. Microwave for 20 more seconds. Remove and top with cheese.
