Use leftover pasta in Mother's Noodle Kugel.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked noodles
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup white raisins
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup pecans, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle top with crushed pecans. Place in a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes.
