Wonderful way to get your children, let alone adults, to enjoy a tasty healthy drink for the most important meal of the day.
- Three small bananas
- Two cups fresh-squeezed orange juice (or frozen)
- One half cup cooked oatmeal
- One fourth cup puffed brown rice cereal
- One fourth cup firm tofu
- One tablespoon honey
- One tablespoon cocoa powder
- One egg or one and a half teaspoons egg substitute mixed with two tablespoons water
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for one minute.
- Pour into tall glasses or cereal bowls and drink in a full meal.
