Wonderful way to get your children, let alone adults, to enjoy a tasty healthy drink for the most important meal of the day.


  • Three small bananas
  • Two cups fresh-squeezed orange juice (or frozen)
  • One half cup cooked oatmeal
  • One fourth cup puffed brown rice cereal
  • One fourth cup firm tofu
  • One tablespoon honey
  • One tablespoon cocoa powder
  • One egg or one and a half teaspoons egg substitute mixed with two tablespoons water


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for one minute.
  2. Pour into tall glasses or cereal bowls and drink in a full meal.
