Simple baked Monterey Jack cheese crisps.


  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Sprinkle paprika (optional)


  1. Arrange the cheese slices 3-inches apart on a nonstick sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on paper towels and store in an airtight container.
