Simple baked Monterey Jack cheese crisps.
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Sprinkle paprika (optional)
- Arrange the cheese slices 3-inches apart on a nonstick sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on paper towels and store in an airtight container.
