This juicy rum and brandy-based cocktail uses Lemon Hart demerara; a smooth rum with hints of rich molasses and burnt caramel flavor.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces orange juice
- 6 ounces lime juice
- 6 ounces orgeat syrup
- 6 ounces brandy
- 6 ounces light rum
- 6 ounces Lemon Hart demerara
- 1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters
- pineapple wedges and mint sprigs to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a pitcher filled with ice. Stir well to combine and then serve garnished with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs.
