This juicy rum and brandy-based cocktail uses Lemon Hart demerara; a smooth rum with hints of rich molasses and burnt caramel flavor. 


  • 12 ounces orange juice
  • 6 ounces lime juice
  • 6 ounces orgeat syrup
  • 6 ounces brandy
  • 6 ounces light rum
  • 6 ounces Lemon Hart demerara
  • 1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters
  • pineapple wedges and mint sprigs to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a pitcher filled with ice. Stir well to combine and then serve garnished with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs.
