All the wonderful taste of a mojito served on a stick! Serve these impressive frozen cocktails at your next outdoor party.
- 2 tablespoons Rum v
- 1/2 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 2 Limes, Juiced
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Put the mint leaves in a blender and process until finely chopped.
- Add the lime juice, sugar and rum and blend until mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the rum mixture to shot glasses and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Add wood sticks to each shot glass and freeze for an additional 6 hours before serving.
