This traditional ‘Fix’ cocktail is made with tequila, sherry, hibiscus syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Place the tequila, sherry, syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake the mixture vigorously for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
Top with cold club soda, sprinkle with a few drops of orange flower water and then garnish with a lemon blossom, serve immediately.
