This cake is lighter and fluffier than banana bread, but with the same great taste.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Combine sour cream, sugar and eggs; mix well.
- Add mashed bananas, flour, baking soda and baking powder to mixture, blending thoroughly.
- Add nuts.
- Pour mixture into prepared 8x8 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
