Great for brunch,  Mock Cheese Souffle is made the night before. 

Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread. Place 6 slices in bottom of baking dish. Top each slice with 2 slices cheese. Place remaining bread on top.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in blender container. Process until well mixed. Pour over bread. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
