Creamy vanilla pie with a hint of coffee in a chocolate crust.
Ingredients
- Baked chocolate pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip
Directions
- Add the half and half and pudding mix to a large bowl. Beat on low for 1 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir in the cool whip and instant coffee. Pour into the pie shell and freeze for 6 hours. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
