Miso, Ginger and Soy Vinaigrette

Even though this delicious Asian-inspired vinaigrette is thick and creamy, it doesn’t have any dairy in it at all.  


  • 1/2 cup plain soymilk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely choppped fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Place the soymilk, vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, miso and honey into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Store the vinaigrette in a jar with a tightly-fitted cap and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
