Crunchy no-bake cookie balls packed full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Grape-nuts cereal
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice or water

Directions

  1. Mix together the cereal, cracker crumbs, apricots, nuts and peanut butter.
  2. Add in the corn syrup and orange juice.
  3. Butter your hands, and shape into bite sized balls. Refrigerate before serving.
