Easy shredded Monterey Jack biscuit quiches.
- 1 can refrigerator butterflake biscuits
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack with pepper cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
- Separate the rolls and split each into 3 layers. Stretch and press the dough into mini muffin pans to create shells.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and fill each shell. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until firmed.
