Easy shredded Monterey Jack biscuit quiches.


  • 1 can refrigerator butterflake biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack with pepper cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped


  1. Separate the rolls and split each into 3 layers. Stretch and press the dough into mini muffin pans to create shells.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and fill each shell. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until firmed.
