Creamy crushed pineapple pie.
Ingredients
- Baked pie shell
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip
Directions
- Beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Stir in the pineapple. Gently stir in the cool whip until blended. Spread in the pie shell. Chill.
