Quick chocolate frosting in the blender.


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • dash of salt


  1. Blend the sugar on high for 1 minute. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 3 minutes, or until thickened. Scrape down the sides as needed.
