Mile High Yogurt Brownies are stacked with great chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
Directions
- Lightly grease and flour an 8 inch square baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine sugar, yogurt, eggs, butter, baking chocolate and vanilla. Beat mixture at medium speed until well blended.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until well blended.
- Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
