- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon za'atar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 black pepper
- Place the garlic, olive oil, oregano, za'atar, salt and pepper into a small bowl and mix well to combine. Rub the mixture over the protein of your choice and set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature prior to cooking.
