Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms are savory morsels filled with fresh veggies and seasoned with oregano.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- Wash mushrooms. Remove and chop stems. Combine stems, butter and vegetables in a bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring once.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Mound into mushroom caps. Arrange caps on paper towel-lined plate, placing larger caps toward outer edge of plate.
- Microwave 1-1/2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rotating plate once or twice.
