Microwave Salmon Dumplings make a quick dinner when served with a tossed green salad.
Ingredients
- 1, 7 1/2 ounce package refrigerator biscuits
- 1, 7 3/4 ounce can salmon
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
- Arrange biscuits over bottom of 1 1/2 quart microwave casserole. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, blending well. Spoon over biscuits.
- Microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes, spooning sauce over biscuits after 6 minutes.
