This refreshing beer-based cocktail is great served with a hearty brunch. Use a Mexican beer like, Corona, Modelo, Pacifico or Sol for a lighter tasting blend.
- 1 12-ounce Mexican beer
- juice of one lime
- dash of Worcestershire or soy sauce
- two dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
- fresh cracked pepper
- Coarse salt to rim glass
- Lime wedge
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall cocktail glass and then dip the rim into a small plate of coarse salt to coat.
- Add the lime juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and pepper to the glass and then top with the beer. Mix well to combine and then serve immediately.
