This refreshing beer-based cocktail is great served with a hearty brunch. Use a Mexican beer like, Corona, Modelo, Pacifico or Sol for a lighter tasting blend.


  • 1 12-ounce Mexican beer
  • juice of one lime
  • dash of Worcestershire or soy sauce
  • two dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • Coarse salt to rim glass
  • Lime wedge


  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall cocktail glass and then dip the rim into a small plate of coarse salt to coat.
  2. Add the lime juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and pepper to the glass and then top with the beer. Mix well to combine and then serve immediately.
